1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BotGateway (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BotGateway is a self-hosted behavioral anti-bot security gateway designed for VPS-hosted applications, SaaS platforms, and privacy-first infrastructure. The service provides:

  • Behavioral threat detection and bot mitigation
  • AI crawler governance and /ai.txt policy management
  • Real-time threat analytics and operational dashboards
  • Self-hosted deployment on your own infrastructure

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BotGateway for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on BotGateway
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Self-Hosted Deployment

BotGateway is deployed on your own infrastructure (VPS, dedicated servers, private cloud). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security and availability of your deployment
  • Ensuring your infrastructure meets system requirements
  • Configuring firewall rules and access controls appropriately
  • Backing up your BotGateway configuration and settings
  • Monitoring and maintaining your deployed instance

5. Early Access Program

BotGateway is currently available through a controlled early access rollout. Early access participants acknowledge:

  • The service may change or be modified during early access
  • Features and pricing may vary from general availability
  • Early access members provide feedback to improve the product
  • Support is provided on a best-effort basis

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use BotGateway in any way that:

  • Is illegal or violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Harasses, abuses, or threatens any person or entity
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Interferes with the service or other users' use of the service

7. Limitation of Liability

THE MATERIALS ON BOTGATEWAY ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. BOTGATEWAY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

8. Limitations on Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTGATEWAY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON BOTGATEWAY.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on BotGateway's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BotGateway does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

10. Modifications

BotGateway may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
